Traffic on several roads in Montenegro will be stopped at intervals today between 14:00 and 22:00 because the Berlin Process leaders’ summit is being held in Budva, the Police Directorate said.
Each suspension will last at most 40 minutes and will depend on the movement of official delegations and escorted vehicles, police said.
Stoppages are expected on Podgorica–Tuzi–Božaj, on Podgorica Airport–Golubovci–Virpazar–Bar–Budva, and on Bar–Sutomore–Ulcinj–Sukobin border crossing.
The Police Directorate asked citizens, tourists and all road users to plan trips around the announced limits, to show patience and to follow instructions from officers on the ground. Any change in the traffic regime will be announced in good time through official information channels.
In the statement, police thanked people for their cooperation and responsible conduct, saying it helps security measures that matter for Montenegro to proceed without hindrance.
