A mobile traffic police unit, described as an interceptor, detained Turkish citizen C.I. on the Podgorica–Cetinje road, the Police Administration of Montenegro said.
The police said he refused to stop when officers gave a stop signal. He then overtook a vehicle on a blind curve and later overtook a line of vehicles by crossing a solid line.
