Forza Group, a premium hospitality company built in Montenegro over nearly four decades, treats sustainability as part of ordinary business decisions rather than a separate campaign. Danijela and Milo developed the company around two hotels and several well-known dining venues that have helped Kotor, Tivat and Montenegro stand out as destinations.

When developing and improving its properties, the group says it pays particular attention to the character of each place and to its natural and cultural value. At the same time it invests in more efficient use of resources through energy efficiency, more careful management of water and energy, solar systems, infrastructure for electric vehicles and less single-use plastic. It describes these steps as continuous improvements in how the business runs and in its relationship with the environment.

Founder and director Bojan Joketić has said the company’s vision from the outset was not only to expand a hotel system, but to create properties that sit naturally in their setting and build long-term value for guests, employees and the local community. Forza also works with local food producers, wineries, fishermen and family farms, linking its offer to the Bay of Kotor and Montenegro.
